I found a couple threads where a moderator PM'd the original poster on this topic. I've had pretty much every one of our 8000 models do this and I was wondering if HP has an extended warranty or replacement program for these occurences. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
