A button not working

Hp touch smart 320 pc
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Please could someone advise on why my a button has stopped working? Thankyou julie

As I Understand a button isn't working on your TouchSmart computer,

To clarify, though, is it a key or is it the letter "A" key that isn't working?

Also, did you try with an alternate keyboard to check if that works?
