system asking pruct key

The support page does not list Windows 10 as a factory OS.  Was Windows 10 installed on this PC before as a free upgrade?  If yes, click "skip" on the product key.

If this a new install with no Windows 10 before, then you need to buy Windows 10 and use the key from the packaging.
