Helo! I have an HP Envy and since window 10 32 bits update I wasn't be able to have audio reproduction. After downloading de Realtek driver from Realtek page, could only solve the audio with external controller such as speakers and headphones, but still not able to use the computer speakers, so I decided to download the driver from your page but is not available for windows 10, so I ask you for some help in order to recover the complete audio function.

Hi there @NatyPav,
May the Forums be with you! I understand that you are looking for a driver for your system with Windows 10. I am happy to give you a hand with this.
Please post the full product number for your computer. See the following, if you need help with that information. HP Desktop PCs - How Do I Find My Model Number, Serial Number or Product Number? Also what operating system was originally installed on this computer?
Please let me know when you can.

I've already tried this: had the model, OS and din't work, so NO, YOUR ANSER HASN'T BEEN A SOLUTION.
There's no Realtek codec or software for Windows 10 and even the one that Realtek offers on their web site doesn't work.
It's really a problem to have this PC an with its updates with window 10 audio functioning has lost completely and it's a problem I have since Windows 10's been realesed.
I've tried going back to window 8 but de automatic upload keeps taking me back to 10, loosing time and patience during the upload process. This is a solution HP, Realtek an Microsoft must solve for people who bought your product to last and work complete, specialy during the media era we are living in.
