Ok, here is my problem;

I just bought a 4GB Kingston DDR3-1333Mhz Ram for my Compaq 500B Microtower PC. But when I try to plug this new RAM to my motherboard, the pc gives a RAM error and doesn't open.

It works properly with other PCs.

The support members told me to upgrade my Bios but, I cannot find any update file which is up to date. The only thing I could find is this; http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=hr&prodTypeId=12...

I hope someone can help me with this.

Thanks in advance...

Here are the HP Compaq Business Desktop ROMPaq Firmware (ROM Family CPT006) aka BIOS downloads for the HP/Compaq 500B/510B MT business computer. These BIOS/firmware updates don't appear to address any memory related issues. From the HP/Compaq 5xxB MT Maintenance & Service Guide;

Memory:
The computer comes with double data rate 3 synchronous dynamic random access memory
(DDR3-SDRAM) dual inline memory modules (DIMMs).
DDR3-SDRAM DIMMs:
The memory sockets on the system board can be populated with up to two industry-standard
DIMMs. These memory sockets are populated with at least one preinstalled DIMM. To achieve the
maximum memory support, you can populate the system board with up to 4 GB of memory
configured in a high-performing dual channel mode.
For proper system operation, the DDR3-SDRAM DIMMs must be:
 industry-standard 240-pin
 unbuffered PC3-10600, 1333 MHz-compliant
 1.5 volt DDR3-SDRAM DIMMs
The DDR3-SDRAM DIMMs must also:
 support CAS latency 9 DDR3 1333 Mhz (9-9-9 timing)
 contain the mandatory JEDEC SPD information
In addition, the computer supports:
 512Mbit, 1Gbit, and 2Gbit non-ECC memory technologies
 single-sided and double-sided DIMMs
 DIMMs constructed with x8 and x16 DDR devices; DIMMs constructed with x4 SDRAM are not
supported
NOTE: The system will not operate properly if you install unsupported DIMMs.

The specs state "up to 4GB total"... which is in two slots, therefore each slot can only use a 2GB DIMM.
