Beep problem HP pro 3500

I have desktop HP pro 3500 microtower at startup it only beeps 8 times and no signal on screen and keyboard off.

Please help me solving this problem.

Please see Table B-2, page 139 of the service manual at the link below for the interpretation of the 8 beeps and suggested troubleshooting steps.

You would either need to reflash the bIOS. If that can't be done then replace system  board. Call HP tech support to get a service arranged.
