Doing the Bios update but it has taken 4 hours already! I have read through some of the other forums and it seems the maon reason is the computer. I, however, do not believe it is my computer as I bought it in december and it is still under warranty. How long will this update take???

Please post the full product number for your computer. See the following, if you need help with that information.How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?
Did the update finish? If not did your computer restart properly despite the update not installing?
If you did nhave problems after the update with your computer startup, try HP Desktop PCs - Recovering the BIOS to roll back to your previous BIOS.
