Bought HP All-in-One 24-g020 PC - for touchscreen but touchscreen doesnt work and HP cant or wont say why. Ready to get a different brand computer.

Hi,

 

Please try

 

  1. Press the Windows logo key + X.
  2. Select Device Manager from the list.
  3. Click the little arrow next to Human Interface Devices to expand the list.
  4. Click the touch screen driver,
  5. Right-click, and select Enable from the list.

That doesn't work. I can click disable.

Touch screen driver not even on this list. HP sold a comupter as touchscreen and it is not.
