Product: Pavilion 510-p010
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just bought a desktop tower with pre-installed Microsoft Office i.e. Outlook, Excel and Word but I don't have an installation or activation key. Trying to find out if my product comes with the software but requires me to purchase the product for the activation key. Please advise ASAP. Thank you!

Hi,

 

Normally new machines have TRIAL Microsoft Office pre-loaded. If you wish yo keep, you have to payMicrosoft to get the key. Only software on the list from the following page free :

 

      https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05124499

 

and McAfee LiveSafe (30-day subscription): means free for 30 days.
