A spyware program was removed  from 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe'. Now I get an error message when I access the control panel >add or remove programs that the aforementioned file cannot be found. How can I get the file repaired or reinstalled.

I copied the file from one of my XP PC's.

Unzip it. Open the unzipped folder, and just copy and paste the file only (not the folder) it back into your System32 folder.
