Can't connect 2 computers

HP Recommended
Deskjet 3510
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ever since I got a new modem, I'm unable to connect my desktop AND my MAC to the network. It takes only the MAC, where it used to operate from both.

HELP

Hi,

I am totally confused. Are you talking about a desktop computer or your Deskjet 3510 printer ? Your new modem/router may only broadcast using 5.0GHz. You need to allow your new router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.

Hope this helps.

Regards.

I tried setting to dual band, was unsuccessful (no "settings" button AT&T), called AT&T. They checked and said I have 2.0Ghz only. Said, after researching it, that this doesn't present a problem in the hook up of my Mac and Dell to one printer.
