Can't install turbo tax 2016 on my Stand Alone HP 18.....windows 10 was installed not too long ago

This is just a community self-help forum staffed by volunteers.

We have no capability for debugging problems with third-party (i.e., non-HP) applications.

For help with Turbo Tax installation problems, you have to contact the sellers of Turbo Tax, as they probably have a support forum.

Hopefully this troubleshooter from TTLC will help you.

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..
