I have a HP Pavilion Desktop a465c. All of a sudden I can no longer access the internet. I checked the Device Manager and found a yellow question mark at Other Devices. I expanded Other Devices and both the Ethernet Controller and PCI Serial Ports have yellow question marks. I would like to install the drivers for both these devices but cannot locate the drivers on either the D or C drives.
For the Ethernet Controller I found the following ID on the Details Tab: PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8100&SUBSYS_80001043&REV_1014&239BD86&0&78FO
For the PIC Serial Port I found the following ID on the Details Tab: PCI\VEN\11C1&DEV_0400&SUBSYS_040011C1&REV_02\4&239BD86&0&58F0
Where can I go to download these drivers for the devices and install them??? Also, both devices are showing "Device not configured correctly (Code1)".
Can you help
