Cannot boot if HP ENVY Bios Virtualization enabled for Win8 Pro Hyper-V

On a HP ENVY TouchSmart 15-j080ez, installed with Windows 8.1, there is a problem if Virtualization is enable in BIOS and Hyper-V feature is installed. The PC will not boot any more (stack in Window logo with rotating).

According to different blog (http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Lockups-Freezes-Hangs/Cannot-boot-if-HP-ENVY-Bios-Virtualizatio... ), it seems that the BIOS is causing this issue.

Do you have a new version of the BIOS for this laptop that will solve this issue.

Best Regards,

Alain Rime
