After following these instructions below BIOS display states bios reset to default but password is still enabled when accesssing bios.

 

HP Pavilion S5-1110

 

To erase the BIOS password follow these steps:
  1. Turn OFF the computer.
  2. Move the jumper to the Clear Password setting.
  3. Turn ON the computer to POST screen.
  4. Turn OFF the computer.
  5. Move the jumper to Default.
  6. Enter BIOS setup to verify or configure new settings.

I understand that you are looking to reset the BIOS password for your computer. 

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.

Have you contacted hp phone support?

 

To reset the BIOS password you would have to contact HP phone support for a hardware service as the motherboard may require a tattoo/Bios Flash.

Any other way of unlocking the BIOS is not authorized by HP.
