Chat with customer support

Greetings,

Suggest you contact HP using options  here.

This eliminates the language barrier.

Can we help?

Cheers!

Chat with customer support

Thank you for trying to help. However I have tried that and it was of no help at all. I was even talking to a HP support rep on the phone when he was helping me use that option and it didnt work then too.

This only proves to me that HP does not care much about their customers or what they make. I have a 2.5 yr old computer that is a complete piece of junk because of HP. I have been informed that the processor is going bad. Plus when I did get to talk to another person with HP I was put on hold and the hung up on.

Chat with customer support

Hi,

You're welcome.

I hear you. I have had good and bad experiences with HP also.

You are out of warranty, so HP will charge you.

Look, have a local tech verify and replace the processor. Maybe an hour of labor and the cost of the processor.

Additional component failure and the associated increase in repair costs may take this option off the table.

Best Wishes

Jay
