Product: Touch smart all in one
My all in one computer will turn in but the screen stays blank. Anyone know what might be going on with it?

When you turn the computer on, do you hear any noise from fans, or from the disk-drive, or from the CD/DVD device?

Does it "beep" exactly once, after successfullyl completing the POST (Power On Self Test) ?

 

It could be the power-supply, or the motherboard, or the CPU that has failed.  More details, please.

 

Or, just take the computer (and its external power-supply) to a qualified computer technician, for trouble-shooting.
