Connect Displayport

HP Recommended
HP ProDesk 400G3
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

hI aLL

 

 

I have two screen 1 is connected via VGA and the other 1 is connected via Display port

 

The VGA is the primary screen and the display port used as the secondary screen and this one is not working

 

Can someone help me if on this issue

Hi,

 

How do you connect the Display port to your monitor ? Have you tried to use ONLY the Display port ?

Make sure you montior using the DP port is set to DP input in the monitor menu. It may have this feature and if it does you will need to set the correct input. If the menu does not have this feature I cannot tell what to do next.
