DC7700 power light red blinking with 6 beep periodically when add a new video card

[ Edited ]

Hi, All

Recently I added ATI RAGE VAR128P-32P PCI video card to my HP DC7700 SFF computer to expect 1080p widescreen display. After push the power button, the power light shows red (normal should be green) and blinking with 6 beep periodically, fan running, but dead screen without BIOS prompt. So I have even no chance to install this video card driver. I already tried two new ATI RAGE VAR128P-32P PCI video card (bought from Microcenter), both are the same results.

I upgraded this DC7700 SFF computer OS to Window 7 32-bit Professional. When I added a NVIDIA NVS 280 PCI dual monitor video card and installed its driver, it works good for dual display. Don't know why ATI RAGE VAR128P-32P PCI video card can't start the computer?
