DIRECTV2PC: no video issue

My laptop top is a new HP Pavillion g7. Intel core 13. Intel HD Grafic Driver. Windows 7 64bit. My concern is with DIRECTV2PC for watch DIRECTV on my HP. Downloaded from DIRECTV with no errors. Why and is there a fix for "green screen" issue when trying to watch HD Programs. The audio is present, menu fuction working properly and there is video only when watching analog stations. Please help. Thank You, Scott

 Finally downloaded Directv2Pc only to find out no picture. I have sound and the graphics from the DVR but nothing but a black screen when in play mode.  Waiting for reply from Cyberlink, Direct TV serv.rep no answers.
