Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

2nd mchine, 1st one replaced as useless. Was signed up to instant ink, but cancelled when this new printer also so slow as to be usless and now will not work at all with new or old cartridges. I understand that the old ones once used are specific to the printer, but new and un used ones as well not working.  Is this printer a total waste of the £69.99 paid to Curry's 6 weeks or so ago?????

Very frustrated and annoyed.

I have escalated your concern to HP’s Support Team in your region to have it reviewed for available options if any. 
You should be contacted within 4 business days (Excluding holidays & Weekends). 

Response times may vary by region. 
Please send a Private Message, if you aren’t contacted within 4-5 business days.
