Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Translated from Dutch:

When I start my computer, I get a portion bluescreen with the question as to "Choose keyboard layout".

This is not the "blue screen of death" or MSDOS screen, but wireless mouse and keyboard respond even more can not pilot across the screen, no sign of life on the screen and cursor is not visible, have then also remade verbing with receiver but no success had old wired keyboard but am that lost pfff

Yesterday it installed new AVG but kept on working fine but is now nothing more ....

this is a known problem

Sincerely and waiting for your reply

That "choose keyboard" message indicates that your computer is trying to run some Windows diagnostics, and it wants you to pick a language, e.g., "Dutch" or "English".

Turn the computer off.  Connect a "wired" mouse to a USB 2 (not to a "USB 3 super-speed") port.

Or, if your computer has a PS/2 port for a mouse, connect that type of mouse.

Turn the computer on, and see if that mouse works.

If so, you may be asked to run "System Restore", to return your computer to the status it had before AVG was installed.
