Desktop start op met melding kies de toetsenbord indeling

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Wanneer ik mijn computer opstart krijg ik een gedeelte blauw scherm met de vraag daar op "kies toetsenbordindeling"

dit is niet het "Blue screen of dead" of MSDOS scherm, maar draadloze muis en toetsenbord reageren ook niet meer kan ook niet met pijltoetsen over het scherm, geen enkel teken van leven op het scherm en cursor is ook niet te zien, heb dan ook opnieuw verbing met ontvanger gemaakt maar geen succes, had oud toetsenbord met kabel maar ben die kwijt pfff

Gister wel nieuwe AVG geinstalleerd maar werkte verder prima maar kan nu niets meer....

 

is dit een bekend probleem

That "choose keyboard" message indicates that your computer is trying to run some Windows diagnostics, and it wants you to pick a language, e.g., "Dutch" or "English".

 

Turn the computer off.  Connect a "wired" mouse to a USB 2 (not to a "USB 3 super-speed") port.

Or, if your computer has a PS/2 port for a mouse, connect that type of mouse.

Turn the computer on, and see if that mouse works.

If so, you may be asked to run "System Restore", to return your computer to the status it had before AVG was installed.
