Display port not working

Z230 Tower
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all!

I just got an Z230 Tower workstation, Intel® CoreTM i7-4790 processor and I need to use two monitors.

There are 1 DVI port and 2 Display port. DVI is working fine, but none of the displayport is working.

I tried updating the Intel Graphic HD 4600 driver and looking at BIOS, but didn´t work.

Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this?

Thanks

Lucas

Display port not working

Hi the,

RESOLUTION

This is a limitation of the Integrated Intel HD graphics. To resolve this issue, change one of passive DP-DVI dongles with a DP-to-Dual-Link DVI dongle or DP-DP cable as given in the advisory in the web link given below ,
