System has two HDMI ports and one DVI. The DVI supports a monitor and HDMI is advertised as supporting two monitors. Neither of the HDMI ports are working. Contacted HP support and was told to return for warranty work (1 day old tower). Returned to store for replacement contacted HP support with second tower and was told same, return for warranty work. Contacted online support from another company went through several operations, drivers different connections, both monitor and TV and finally was told tower #2 was also defective. HP Envy 750-197c windows 10

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post serial numbers and case details.

sdf15 as hp support agent. i too am having great difficulties with hdmi and 2 monitors. hp state it is a driver issue. amd state it is an hp issue. no-one has an answer except - there are a lot of pc being shipped back for repair. and just look at the number of queries being raised !!!
so what do we do - ship back - 2 weeks without pc - no can work - will hp replace with back up or how do we get this sorted. hp germany deny any issue.
so do i ask for refund and spend €700 with another company - sounds crazy - unless anyone has a better idea or a plan ?
please let me know asap thank you
