I've been using Kaspersky Total Security with a Microsoft 7 Operating System. I recently upgraded to Microsoft 10 and Kaspersky's "Safe Money"feature is unable to provide complete security protection for managing my financial matters, e.g. bank account credit cards, etc. Kaspersky technical support indicates the issue is enabling the visualization within the BIOS, and recommended that I contact HP, the manufacturer of my PC for assistance as this falls outside the scope of Kaspersky support. Additionally, is this a software rather than a hardware issue?
Of course my device is no longer under warranty, so I do hope someone can be of assistance.
