I understand that you have an HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer and it does not work both wirelessly and through USB connection. I'd like to assist you with this case.
I would like to know the following information to assist you better:
What operating system you are using.
Is it the first time installation or was it working fine before?
Do you receive any error message during installation or after installation when you try to print?
Meanwhile, I recommend you to check the standalone functionality of the printer. Please make a copy and check if the printer is sucessfull in maing a copy. If copy is good then the hardware should be fine and we need to ficus on the software/drivers. Feel free to reply. Cheers! 🙂
