CAN'T CONNECT HP ENVY 4500 SERIES PRINTER TO MY COMPUTER . I TRIED WIRELESS AND USB CONNECTION ,NOTHING WORKS.

Let me take a moment to thank you for posting on the HP Support Forums. 

 

I understand that you have an HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer and it does not work both wirelessly and through USB connection. I'd like to assist you with this case.

 

I would like to know the following information to assist you better:

  • What operating system you are using.
  • Is it the first time installation or was it working fine before?
  • Do you receive any error message during installation or after installation when you try to print?

Meanwhile, I recommend you to check the standalone functionality of the printer. Please make a copy and check if the printer is sucessfull in maing a copy. If copy is good then the hardware should be fine and we need to ficus on the software/drivers. Feel free to reply. Cheers! 🙂
