Here is my HP live chat reference number.[Personal Information Removed]. The operator said that all these resellers are for the Active Pen HP (Stylus Pen) PN: 704926-001http://h20141.www2.hp.com/Hpparts/part_resellers.aspx?geo_code=NA He said they all sell them. I am definitely calling Chad R (USA) and Louise Harvey (Canda) on Monday because I think this information on resellers is bogus and a lot of leg work. The operator I chated with was not to keene on job. Un like ones I spoke with before I try back later on today after this operator is done with his shift. To bad Jill was n't working today. She would have told me witch company to call. Some operators are just bad. frrw

I found a stylus for your lap top. I do not know if it is the same one that was ship with your computer. This is a Crystal Clear screen protector kit that comes with Skectch Stylus Pen for HP Envy X2. Price $3.99 1/2 off. http://www.amazon.com/Invisible-Crystal-Protector-Package-HandHelditems/dp/B00BX4Z6WE/ref=sr_1_5?s=e... I am still searching using dogpile.com search engines. If you ever need to search for hard things to find this is search engine is best for it. http://www.dogpile.com/ It brings up everything under the sun for searches. This is how I found the stylus for your lap-top. frrw Going back and see if I can just find the Stylus pen.

I do not know if they will talk to with out a case number. They might. What to asked what specific company sells Active Pen HP PN: 704926-001. Let them know all the troubles you and everyone else is having trying to find this stylus pen. I will be calling him on Monday as well. Yes I read the HP's forum from other post requarding this Stylus Pen. dogpile.com listed them as well. frrw. Sure would be nice to have a full function stylus pen that works with your HP Envy X2. I searched pretty much all night on dogpile.com search. Nothing but stylus for older computer's models displayed and Ipods.I also read HP Elite 900 Stylus pen but doesn't work with HP Envy X2. In dog pile search they had HP Stylus pens listed just with model numbers no picturers , no parts number or the list of computers it is used on. Must be one those. Does any of your computer's information provide the Stylus model number by any chance? Probably not. I wonder if HP parts store can come up with the model number as well besides Part Number. frrw

I called Chad R. HP's notebook division top official. He is looking into this issue for you and the others. He will get back with me in a couple days with the sellers information. I think he may fix or have personnel fix the resellers list also at HP's parts store. I will get back with you as soon as I get the information. Hopefully he can get it resolved. I explain to him that the other Stylus do not work on HP Envy X2 computer but the only that gummy one you said still isn't a great stylus to begin with. frrw.

Thank you for your continued efforts, lets hope this can be resolved soon.I am beginning to regret purchase of this machine as I find the only practical way of use is to connect to base and use a mouse Rather defeats the object of detachable touch screen.,may just have well kept my old laptop.
Best Regards again.
