Factory reset

Hp-touch smart 310-1155f
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)
Need help doing a factory reset without admin password or recovery disk f11 doesnt.go to recovery start up menu i can only get the system defaults my dad put in the password and forgot it im using windows 7

I understand that you wanted help in doing recovery on your computer.

As you have mentioned that the computer is not boot to recovery manager from F11 then the only other way to reinstall the operating system is by using the recovery media.

 

I recommend you to contact phone support and check if the recovery media is available for your computer.
