Failed to execute c:\windows\xpeagent\hpdmmc.exe

Hi all,

 

I am getting this error message on any of the folowing commands using HP device manager:

Failed to execute c:\windows\xpeagent\hpdmmc.exe 

 

Tasks failing with error code 14004022

Rename Thin Client

Set Time or time zone on thin client.

Basicaly any setting related operations fail.

 

Altough i am able to transfer files, capture and send image, do any of the agent related operations.

 

I am using HP DM 4.4.

Thin Clients are T5740. WES09

 

i saw multiple threads regarding this subjuct but none of them were solved.

Any idea would be apriciated,

DM v4.4 is an older version. What version WES 2009 are you running on the thin client? Waht version HPDM Agent?
