RECEVING Failure ID 9085B3-7HD7S6-PXP96K-6OQ303 ON HARD DRIVE 1, AFTER PROFORMING A SYSTEM QUICK TEST.  I TRIED FORMING A RECOVERY BY F11, ESC, COMPUTER TURNS OFF

 

THIS IS AN ALL ON ONE SYSTEM

 

PLEASE HELP ME TO RESOLVE.  THANK YOU

I understand you're receiving failure ID 9085B3-7HD7S6-PXP96K-6OQ303 on your HP 19-2113w All-in-One PC.  A failure code of any kind on the HDD means the drive has failed, or that failure is imminent and the drive needs to be replaced. I would suggest reaching out to our phone support team for service options. Click the following link to get the support number for your region: Phone Assist Worldwide. If you are in North America visit our Contact page here. Fill out your product info and select your product. Fill out the form at the bottom of the page and when submitted it will give you a case number and phone number to call.
