Envy
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Older computer, came with Win 8, upgraded to Win 10, running Insider Preview. Don't use computer often. When I turn it on after being off for a while, it start up to where it is starting to load Windows, then stops. Timing circle stops as does all disk activity. Turn computer off by holding down power button, then turn on again, and it boots normally. Rebooting also works. Ran hardware tests from BIOS, all ok.

Running any  build of the Insider Preview, you should expect problems -- more with some builds, than with others.

Preview builds are actually "beta" testing versions of Win10, and if you're in the fast ring, as I am, you're even going to get "alpha" versions that, sometimes, are so buggy as to be all but useless.

Plus, putting any serious effort into debugging Insider versions is essentially a waste of time, as new versions keep coming out every week or so.

If you're going to rely on a "beta" product, you're going to continue to have problems.
