Hello. I'm looking for upgrade my graphic card - current one is Nvidia GeForce GT 545 3gb (factory one) - and as potential replacement / upgrade: Gigabyte Nvidia GTX 750Ti 5400 Mhz 4 GB 128 bit. My question is: Will it work with my computer or should i look other ways to upgrade. Yes i'm aware replacement of power supply may be essential (430W output). BTW desktop still have original configuration. Thanks in advance for any advice.

@PeterM6, welcome to the forum.

Your main concern is the fact that newer video cards require UEFI in the motherboard instead of a Legacy/standard BIOS.  HP didn't begin using UEFI until mid-October, 2012.  Your best option is to choose a manufacturer and contact their Tech Support for help with choosing the best card for your system.  This will save you some frustration.
