Growling noise - Need replacement fan?

Product: HP Pavilion Elite HPE-510t
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My 2011-vintage HP Pavilion Elite HPE-510t is making a growling/rattling sound.  I believe it is a fan problem.  Where can I get a new fan for this PC?
