HDMI port not working after WIn 10

Hello Post2,

Before we start anything , like, uninstalling the drivers,  please check in hp.com, if you can find the updated HDMI driver.

For this, go to hp.com/support.  In the home page, go at the bottom of the screen and choose software and downloads, and then search your computer by putting the product number of your computer.

You can find the product number in 2 ways.  1) at the bottom of the computer you will find a sticker.

2) As you press the power button, immediately keep tapping on F1 .. this will show you system information screen.. You can see the product number..

You may first try by updating the BIOS driver, restart the computer after that.. This should resolve the problem .. If not , please let me know .. I shall be happy to suggest further steps.

Thank you  and have a great holidays.  Merry Christmas and Happy New year

Regards,

Ashok ... HP..always working
