My product name is hp min laptop, I bought my pc in 2011. And it has been working fine, but two days ago my lamp fell on the keyboard of the pc, and it refused to work again. It reqire for a bootable disc, I got norton bootable disc to run it, it run but report that it was unable to open the hard disc, And when  run hard disc test, it asid memory is 100 percent, but hard disc fail. Now how do I got my data from the damage hard disc. i have got a new hard disc and the system is working as new now, but I need my old files and documents they are so vital to me, help any way out pls. And the hard disc is 160GB. hELP ME TO RECOVER ANY OF DATA, TELL ME STEPS I NEED TO FOLLOW NOW, I PRAY YOU.


I have Window 7 starter.
