Today my HP Advisor stopped working. I get the following message "HP Advisor has stopped working A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." I would like to get it working again and I'm having no luck. Can someone help me. Thank you.

Go to the HP website and type in your full model number, hit enter key, then select drivers and downloads, then your Operating Ststem, download the advisor software and save it to a folder of choice you can find later.
Go to programs and features in Control Panel and uninstall the advisor software, reboot the PC, then go back to the file you downloaded earlier and double click it to install, see if it works now.

You are absolutely correct. I just found that site 30 minutes ago and downloaded several updates starting here http://welcome.hp.com/country/us/en/support_task.html and it's working fine. Thank you so much for your help and time. It's very much appreciated..
