I just got a Pavillion HPE-477a desktop PC running Win7 x64 home premium.
All the Microsoft updates were successful. HP Advisor also wanted to update but it said it was in "installing" state for over 30 mins, so I restarted the PC.
Now when I click on HP Advisor, Windows keeps saying that the application has stopped working and terminates it.
Where can I get a fresh copy of HP Advisor and to install it again?
You can get a fresh copy of HP advisor by going to hp.com/support. select download drivers and software, type in your product number, select ur os go tu utility
