My desktop has this 3F0 error and stopped at bios boot up. Tried everything from running checking HD in Bios,  hard reset power, even replaced with new Had Drive. Nothing works.   Could it be motherboard problem?  Thank you in advance for your help

If a new hard drive is giving the same error I would suspect either bad cable or- yes, motherboard. Specifically the SATA port on motherboard.

I bought this desktop less than a year. Can HP replace the motherboard? Where can I send it to get it fixed? Thanks
