Thanks for reaching out to us on HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to help.

I understand that after you moved your HP HP Smart Touch 610 All in one PC, the PC restarts by itself and has a ticking Sound near the area of the Beats Audio Sign.

I would like to know the following information to assist you better:

  • Do you experience any lag in the performance or get errors?
  • Was the PC moved to a long distance?

Meanwhile, I recommend you to perform the following steps as described in this link to fix the restart issue.

Also, I suggest to run the hardware test on the hard drive of the PC. Please refer to this link for steps to run the test.

Please feel free to let me know how it goes. All the best! 🙂
