Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

kenapa HP DC 7800 CONVERTIBLE MINITOWER PC  saya tidak bisa melakukan  restart dengan baik, ketika saya melakukan restart dari dalam windows Pc saya tidak bisa masuk ke windows lagi hanya di tampilan logo biru terus kembali ke layar yang hitam,

bagaimana cara mengatasinya??

bantuannya sangat saya harapkan dan sangat di hargai.

Ok Thank you for the advice , Now i will write down my problem using english "Why HP DC 7800 CONVERTIBLE MINITOWER My PC can not restart properly, when I restart from my windows Pc I can not get into windows anymore just in blue logo display keep returning to black screen, How to solve it ?? His help was very much appreciated and highly appreciated. thank you"
