HP Elite 7200 MT

How I can recognize is my HP Elite 7200 MT desktop computer motherboard is B3 revision(Have no problem on Sata 2 ports)?

 

Motherboard is a Pegatron IPISB-CH V1.04

If I am reading your post correctly, you want to know the revision of the motherboard.  This is not information that we here on the forum can access.  You can contact HP Customer Service to see if they can tell you.  I suggest using the online option for the fastest reply.
