HP Envy 23 has no video and gives 6 beeps and 6 flashes of the power switch LED

HP Envy 23 Model # 23-d030 has no onscreen images.  When powered on there are six beeps of the speaker along wth six flashes of the power switch LED.  Then there is a pause followed by six beeps and flashes that repeats until the power switch if turned off.  The HP website says that this indicates a problem with the video.   The video seems to be coming from the i5-33305 CPU rather than a daughter board.  Has this problem been addressed and repaired before?

No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution: 

Did you check the HP article that has a solution to your concern?

If you haven't done that yet, here's what you need to know:

Symptom: Power button LED blinks 6 times with 6 beeps:

Corrective action: Reset the graphics card (if applicable). If the problem is not resolved, remove other accessory cards, and replace the graphics card or system board.
