HP Envy desktop Error message Critical Path error. Repair link did not work, Unit had been scrubbed

HP Envy tower
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Unit keeps going into critial pathway error loop. Blue screen followed by black screen. Restarts are not working. Had unit scrub by my IT. was working and now issue is back. Is this a processor issue?

HP use to be good. This this is a piece! I bought this as a replacement for our older HP. it was great no problem just slower. Totally regreat that move. This is the loaded unit. Bought this from Best Buy. They use to be good? What the hell????

Inferior service selling an inferior product is not a winning formula.

If someone out there has a fix I am all ears!

Here is a list of what does not work:

Control escape to repair mode.

Restart.

Getting unit diagnosis and having scrubbed. ( All this did was remove my 365...)

Repair mode.

Repairmode advanced.

HP customer care..... (All they want to do is sell you additional stuff. Not great at all HP).

If I can't get this fixed I am planning on letting everyone know what has happened and how bad HP has dropped the ball.
