@saintpaulek

Welcome to the HP Forums!

As I understand you believe that there could be an issue with the graphics card although you need help,

I'll be glad to help you out, however, for an accurate solution I will need more details:

What is the product number of your product? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824

Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?

When was the last time it worked without these issues? Have you attempted a system restore?

Which operating system are you using?

Does the computer boot into windows (desktop screen) or do you get a black screen that flickers at times?

Please reply with the details for further assistance.

In the meantime, Please try the steps mentioned on this link: Click here

Eager to help!

Feel free to post your query for any other assistance as well,

It's been a pleasure interacting with you and I hope you have a good day ahead.

If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts, mark my post as Accepted Solution.

And click on the Purple Thumbs up icon at the bottom of my comment.

Do you have your model number to hand please so i can do some research please? 1st of all you need to check make sure your monitor is plugged in proberly if this is a desktop im assuming it is. If you have a vga lead then you may need a new cable. Then check your ghz you may need to change from 60 to 30 under the monitor adapter settings.

Let me know thanks.
