Each "security-certificate" for a web-site has both a "start" and an "end" date, during which the certificate is valid.

If your computer has the wrong "date", then your web-browser will not accept the certificate.

Does your computer have the wrong date?

Which URL are you trying to access?

It is possible that the security-certificate for that specific web-site has expired, or, after a "security-breach", has been "revoked".

Do other web-sites, such as https://www.google.com   show the same message?
