HP Omni 27 Monitor Blackout

I currently own an All-In-One HP Omni 27 PC. For about 6 months now, the monitor has gone dark. The light at the top turns on and the fans will run, but the monitor will not come on or show the HP loading screen. I have tried the BIOS fix, but once completed, my computer does not reset like the instructions say it should. Has anyone else had this problem or know of a solution?
