HP Pavilion 21 all-in-one monitor not working

Pavilion 21 all-in-one

My All in one desktop was having issues when I turned it off and turned it back on sometimes I would just a black screen ( no I never saw the HP Logo) and the fan would start and the power light was on but the light on the keyboard and mouse would not light up.

After a couple months of it doing this one day it was shut off and I have never been able to get it back on since. I have followed all of the "supports" request from this link

None of it work. The unplugging everything or resetting the bios with the blank screen.

Any help would be beneficial.
