Hi Edd,

Please post the HP product number for your device so that the members of the community can better assist you with your questions and issues.

Make sure that your device is not in Airplane mode.  This shouldn't happen for an AIO.  This posted HP article on Bluetooth should be helpful.

There are some other items to check on.  At the metro screen type bluetooth and a search box on the right should appear. Look at the Bluetooth settings.  See the below images:

If the above image is not correct then look at the  desktop mode task bar for the Bluetooth symbol.  See the below image:

You can click on the Bluetooth image and double check the settings.  See the below image:

If the above are not available then look in Device Manager and make sure that the Bluetooth Devices are indeed available and working.  See the below image:

Depending on the device, Bluetooth may not even be installed in your PC. Usually Bluetooth is an option.

Here are the specs for your HP Pavilion 23-b010ea All-in-One Desktop Computer. Based on the specs, this model doesn't include Bluetooth capabilities natively. To use Bluetooth capable devices with this computer, you will need to purchase a USB Bluetooth dongle.

Re: HP Pavilion 23 b010ea, bluetooth set up

Did you order Bluetooth with your AIO?  The shipping list would indicate if you had ordered that option or if your AIO was configured with that option.  By default, as I had previously mentioned in my above post, Bluetooth is optional in most HP devices, with some exceptions.
