Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

is this desktop suitable for a home computer for email, word processing and web browsing and are drivers available

for printers, scanners etc.

Does the windows 10 run in the 128GB SSD

That depends on the exact printer, scanner, etc. Drivers for these devices are provided by their manufacturer and not specific to this computer.

 

3) does the windows 10 run in the 128GB SSD

YES
