HP Pavilion 23-h024 Touchsmart
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer has been randomly shutting down for no apparent reason the last 2 weeks. There is no error messages that comes up, it doesnt make any beeps or anything like that...it will just turn off. HELP!!

This could be due to overheating of the processor.

 

Check if the fan is running properly.

 

If your all in one is overheating, place it in a cooler room. A small difference in temperature might be all that is needed to prevent a component from failing. Move the laptop to a cooler room in the house or office.

 

You can perform the below tests shown in the website to check if there is any hardware failure
